Psalm 18:3

I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

GOD IS WORTHY OF OUR PRAISE

David spoke these words to the Lord and the Lord delivered him for the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. David praised God and gave Him thanksgiving for deliverance. We can learn some things from David on how to respond when we are going through difficult times in our lives. David called out to the Lord in his distress. The Lord heard His cry and responded; He will do the same for us.

God alone is worthy of our praise. He has delivered us time and again. We shall do well to remember what he has done for us. Let us not only praise Him for what He has done, but praise for what He is doing in the now. It is through His strength we are able to be victorious in times of adversity. He is our deliverer; in Him must we trust. Praise Him for who He is and thank Him for all He does, for He is worthy. When we seek the Lord, He answers us. There is no one like our God. Thank You Lord.

Prayer

Let’s Pray.

Our Father, we thank You for all your benefits. You alone are worthy of our praise. From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, You are to be praised. Thank You for hearing our prayer and responding to our call. There are no other gods like You that can respond like You. We are forever grateful that You saved us. You Lord, are the most high God. As we go forth each day, our prayer is that we praise You. Whatever we encounter, we know You are greater, for nothing compares to You. Help us Lord, we need Your strength, we acknowledge we cannot do anything without You. Have your way in us. We pray this in the na,e of Jesus. Amen.

Be Blessed Because You are Blessed,
